5）制造商在国内应有专门的维修部门（提供三年以上社保和纳税证明等文件，同时提供专职服务人员名单）
The manufacturer shall have a special domestic maintenance department (provide documents such as social security and tax payment certificates for more than three years, and provide a list of full-time service personnel)
6）制造商应通过ISO9001（质量保证体系认证）、ISO14001（环境管理体系认证）认证。
The manufacturer shall be certified by ISO9001, ISO14001 .
7）投标人近3年跟本次招标范围内的业绩证明（主要设备的销售合同1份）
The bidder's performance certificate ( 1 sales contract for major equipment ) within the scope of this tender in the past 3 years.
